We had to develop a multi-tenant concierge service requests management platform for Hotels and its Guests.

Challenge

It was a large application with three modules: front office portal/App (for Hotel Staff), Guest mobile application and Administrative portal (for Hotel Managers). To keep this in mind we have followed agile methodology and modern coding practices with good documentation to ensure maximum output.
The project time was very short as compared to the functionalities.

Solution

HalloGuest allows guests to browse hotels and their services.
We have integrated the hotel management system API to HalloGuest so that whenever a guest is staying he/she can browse the hotel services and also request any available services.
The hotel front desk portal allows/denies the request and also processes the request to the respective department of the hotel using their hotel management portal.

React.js, Redux, ReactNative (Mobile App)
MySQL, Redis, MongoDB.

The Impact

With the seamless UI/UX it has successfully implemented to the south-east Asian countries such as Malaysia and Singapore.
The Hotel owners were very happy due to the digitalization of their services and their revenue and customer satisfaction grows as well.
